This Privacy Policy explains how Relysh Dev (“Relysh Dev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our mobile games, apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This is a general policy intended to support common Google Play privacy-disclosure requirements. The actual data practices of each released app must match its Google Play Data safety form and any in-app disclosures.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on the Service and features you use, we may process: device and app information (such as device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region, identifiers and diagnostic data); gameplay and usage information (such as game progress, interactions, session information and feature usage); crash, performance and security information; purchase-related information supplied by the applicable app store (we do not receive your full payment-card details); and information you voluntarily provide when contacting support.

2. How we use information

We may use information to provide and operate the Services; save or synchronize game functionality where applicable; maintain security and prevent abuse; troubleshoot crashes and improve performance; understand aggregated usage and improve gameplay; respond to support requests; comply with law; and, only where implemented and permitted, provide advertising or measure advertising performance.

3. Third-party services and SDKs

Our apps may use third-party platforms or SDKs for functions such as app distribution, analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, advertising, or purchases. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. For every released game, we aim to configure third-party services consistently with applicable law, platform policies, consent requirements, and the disclosures shown on its store listing.

4. Advertising and analytics

Some Services may use analytics to understand app performance and gameplay. If a Service contains advertising, advertising partners may process device identifiers and related information as permitted by your device settings, consent choices, applicable law, and platform rules. Where required, we will request consent before using data for personalized advertising.

5. Children

Our handling of children’s data depends on the intended audience of each Service. If a game is directed to children or includes children in its target audience, we will apply the additional requirements that apply to that game, including relevant Google Play Families policies and applicable privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with applicable requirements. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.

6. Data sharing

We may share information with service providers that process data on our behalf; platform providers where needed to operate app-store features; authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, support and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding personal data. You can also use device and platform controls for permissions, advertising choices and app data. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request.

9. Data deletion

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our Services by emailing privacy@relysh.dev with the app name and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or support record, if any. We will process verified requests subject to legal, security and legitimate retention requirements.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
